Studio Sedaiia is a one-person web and design studio based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. We build websites, brand identities, and digital products for studios, founders, and brands.

When you use the contact form or intake form on this website, we collect the name, email address, and any information you voluntarily provide in the form fields. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry or process your project request.
We use Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors interact with the site. This collects anonymised, aggregated usage data (page views, referrers, device type) and does not track individual users or use cookies.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your contact information to: — Respond to your inquiry or quote request — Communicate about an ongoing or proposed project — Send a confirmation copy of a submitted intake form
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except where required by law or necessary to deliver our services (e.g. transactional email via Resend).
4. Legal Basis (GDPR)
We process personal data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to an inquiry you initiated) and, where applicable, contractual necessity (project communication). You are never required to provide personal data to browse this website.

We retain contact and project correspondence for as long as it is relevant to an active or potential client relationship, and no longer than five years after the last interaction. You may request deletion at any time.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; to restrict or object to processing; and to data portability. This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. Vercel Analytics operates without cookies or persistent identifiers.
